About Windrush Hill Farm

Windrush Hill Farm raises and trains performance horses for dressage, competitive trail, reining and ranch roping.  We enjoy working with novice and recreational riders. We strive to develop an all around horse that can go to the show ring, go for a Sunday trail ride, and do ranch work.  We want a horse that understands his job, has confidence and trusts his rider. We are happy to give references, give a farm tour and encourage clients to come work with their horse in training. Ann Bennett is the owner, operator, trainer, and instructor.  She is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science.  She attended California Polytechnic at Pomona and San Louis Obispo with coursework in equine anatomy, reproduction, nutrition, farrier science, genetics, physiology, and management.  Ann is a student of Classical Horsemanship and uses both dressage and vaquero training methods.  Ann has been teaching and training since 1973.
